What are the Czechs like? We always say that we have got "golden Czech hands" which means that we can repair, make or create nearly everything without calling a specialist. Nevertheless our skills weren't confirmed today when we tried to solve a problem with electricity in our house. Finally we agreed that there is nothing wrong with the fuses but with something else. By now we cannot use the fridge, turn some lights on, wash our cloths...
When we talked this thing over with our Polish roommates, we agreed that it is such a wonderful thing! This is so romantic and a little bit medieval, too! What is better then storing food supplies in the snow outside, washing clothes in hands, preparing all the food which could go wrong without the cold? And I've almost forgotten to mention that we can enjoy even more the "hygge" and candles. So God bless electricity but also the coincidence!
